We have multiple facilities worldwide and ship our packages from the closest location to your delivery address.Standard Shipping: approximately 10-15 business days

We address your item exactly how you provide it. Once the product reaches the country of destination, your local postal office will distribute the item for delivery. Returned packages that is not the fault of the sender can be resent at the expense of the customer. Refunds for returned packages that is not the fault of the sender will be issued in full less the expense of the shipping costs incurred by the sender.

Damages and issues.
